properties we offered at the Builder Liquidation
Auction in Wenatchee have not sold and are now
available at exceptionally low prices. The
addresses, descriptions and prices are as

Each of these properties
will be sold to the
first person who submits
a completed Purchase and
Sale Agreement and a
deposit to our office.
Terms will be the same
as the terms of the
auction, i.e. 30 days to
close, $5,000 deposit,
no contingencies and
each property includes a
10-year warranty, but a
Buyer's Premium will NOT
be added to the price
which is listed above. A
Quick Close discount of
$1,000 is available to
those who choose to
close within five
business days.
